Duckett Mill Park is a family campground on Lake Sidney Lanier in Oakwood, popular for fishing, swimming and lake access rather than dedicated kid amenities. Weekdays are quiet; weekends bring more boat and RV traffic, plus kids biking around the campsite loops, so drive slowly. Bathhouses have older but clean fixtures, with laundry available at one of them. The kids handle the splashing; your main job is remembering where you put the towels.
